At AM Gloves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we have sent the wrong product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@am-gloves.com. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your gloves for another size or model, the quickest option is to return the original item (once the return has been approved) and place a new order through our website.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is required due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or worn.

  • Products returned without their original packaging or tags.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products (where applicable).

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the product must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if the return is the result of our error.
